Upland Game Birds
We offer pre-released flight conditioned birds in a selection of hedgerows, fence bottoms, fields and cover that will give the hunters and dog the best possible experience. Though we have designated two distinct areas into a West and East Zone we can customize your hunt based on number of hunters and birds required. We have a morning hunt and afternoon hunt available 7 days a week. We require all hunts to be pre-booked in advance with approximate number of hunters and birds required. A typical hunt would see the hunters arrive at 9:00am getting the paper work and payment taken care of. You will be given a map of the property showing what area you have chosen to hunt as well as property boundary. A hand held radio is also offered for additional communication with your host. While you are getting guns and dog prepared and have made the short walk down the lane to the start of the hunt your birds will have been put out ahead of you. Birds are usually released one at a time - but be aware of the exciting Double Flush of a rooster and a hen. There is designated drop boxes for your birds to be picked up from the field and kept cool until your hunt is finished. A processing table is also available for your convenience.

Ringnecked Pheasant, Bobwhite Quail and Chukar available Sept. - March.

• OFAH Membership,small game license and 2 items of hunter orange Required!
• Due to weather, safety concerns or improper conduct Beekist Acres may cancel any hunt.
